One dead, four hurt in crash near Bryan

BRYAN, Ohio (WOWO): One person is dead after a two-vehicle crash in Williams County last night.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol tells WOWO News it happened on State Route 15 about three miles north of Bryan when a 2004 Ford Taurus crossed the center line near County Road H and was hit by a 2003 Lexus RX 300.

The driver of the Taurus and two passengers were seriously injured and airlifted to a hospital in Toledo, while a third passenger, 17-year-old Chanelle Albertson of Montpelier, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the Lexus is in stable condition at an area hospital.

The crash remains under investigation.
