Ohio Truck Driver Facing Charges after Fatal Crash on US 30

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): An Ohio truck driver is facing charges after a fatal crash on U.S. 30 and Kroemer Road.  According to our partner in news at 21 Alive, Gary Golay, of Mansfield, will go to trial in Allen County in June.

Golay faces charges of reckless homicide, involuntary manslaughter and at least ten other counts from the crash that happened back in July of 2012.

Police say four vehicles were stopped at a traffic light when Golay failed to stop. He then slammed his semi into the back of the vehicles, killing 4-year-old Abigail Little of Albion.
