Ohio Publicizes Judge’s Gay Marriage Ruling with Web Posting

COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) _ Ohio has complied with a federal judge's order to publicize his ruling in favor of gay marriage by posting it on a state website.

Cincinnati federal Judge Timothy Black had given the Ohio Department of Health a month to publicize the decision and said a web posting was sufficient.

The state filed notice Thursday it had created a link to the decision.

Black previously ruled in favor of gay couples in two cases and last month issued final orders based on last summer's 5-4 U.S. Supreme Court ruling legalizing gay marriage across the country.
