Ohio Man Pleads Guilty in Fatal 2012 Crash

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A trucker involved in a deadly 2012 crash on US 30 in Western Allen County has pleaded guilty to charges including reckless homicide and multiple counts of criminal recklessness. 

In plea deal, Fifty-seven year old Gary Golay of West Mansfield, Ohio will receive a suspended sentence and be held on home detention. His license will be suspended for at least five years.

According to the Journal-Gazette, a four-year old Albion girl, was fatally injured when Golay's semi slammed into four vehicles at a stoplight at Kroemer Road in July of 2012.
