Obamacare Causes Confusion in the Hoosier State

Indiana’s insurance commissioner says the state won’t select an Essential Health Benefits plan until after a new governor takes office. Commissioner Stephen Robertson told federal officials in a letter this week that federal guidance on the essential benefits under the health care law has been minimal and confusing. He says that’s why Indiana was unable to meet an Oct. 1 deadline for all states to identify who will be their private health care company. This is all part of Obama care.
