Notre Dame Request for Injunction Rejected

SOUTH BEND, Ind. (AP): A federal judge has rejected Notre Dame's request for a preliminary injunction on a birth control mandate that's part of the federal health care overhaul. The university is appealing the judge's ruling, calling the mandate an impermissible infringement on its religious rights.
