Northern Indiana Chick-fil-A owner’s customer service goes viral on Facebook

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Hoosier hospitality isn’t dead and an owner of a South Bend Chick-fil-A proved it.

Shelby Dirrim doesn’t eat much gluten, so she ordered grilled chicken nuggets from the restaurant Tuesday night, but they got the order wrong, according to our sister station 95.3 MNC in Mishawaka.


She called the restaurant to complain and the owner took the issue so personally, he drove to her apartment and personally delivered the right order.


Dirrim shared the story on Facebook and it has gone viral. The post already has close to 8,000 likes.
