NOBLE COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): The Noble County Highway Department is reminding residents that they do not plow snow throughout the night. They will be on the road primarily during the daylight hours, and road conditions will potentially downgrade through the night. Leaders say roads may become impassable and ask drivers to be aware and make plans for a safe place to stay if going out at night. Leaders are also asking drivers to consider their own safety as well as the safety of others before traveling as many vehicles have been stranded in recent storms and have caused hazards for other drivers.
