FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Airports across the country have implemented additional security screenings and health procedures due to the potential threat of Ebola. Despite national fear, Scott Hinderman with the Fort Wayne International Airport tells WOWO News that those flying out of the city won't experience any changes here. He says that there are emergency plans that the airport has in the event they would need to respond to any health threats, but so far they have not been enacted.
Carlo Bertolini with the Indianapolis International Airport tells WOWO that most airports have some type of precautionary emergency action plan, and in Indianapolis they're prepared to handle diseases even more contagious than Ebola.
