New Hotel Planned, Could force Business to Move

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Plans are in the works for a new $6 million dollar hotel in Fort Wayne, and it could mean an off-track gambling facility would have to move.

According to the News-Sentinel, a development has filed plans with the city to build a 110 room hotel on West Washington Center Road at Fort Wayne Off Track Betting operated by Hoosier Park.

The developer said the facility would likely move to New Haven.
