FORT WAYNE, Ind. (AP) – A 26-year-old New Haven man is facing six felony charges following a head-on collision on a highway that killed three people.
The News-Sentinel reports (http://bit.ly/1CxQtji ) Anthony Dager is charged in Wells County with three counts of causing death while operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and three counts of causing death while operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol level of .15 percent or more. Court records do not show whether Dager has hired an attorney.
Dager was being held Wednesday in the Allen County Jail on $100,000 bond.
The pre-dawn crash on State Road 1 Saturday killed 72-year-old driver Rebecca Prentice of Ossian and her passengers, 64-year-old Paul Penrod of Murray and 65-year-old Karen Smith of Bluffton.
