New Haven man arrested on multiple child molesting charges

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A New Haven man is accused of molesting three different boys and faces multiple child molesting charges.

Jerry L. Williamson, 37, was arrested on five counts of child molesting with a victim less than 14, two charges of child molesting where the defendant is at least 21-years-old, three charges of child molesting and one count of child molesting a child under 14, according to our news partners at 21Alive.

Court documents show he performed sex acts on three different boys. Two boys were 11-years-old when the abuse started. The other boy is less than 14-years-old, according to court documents. One of the boys is severely autistic.

Documents show that the abuse was happened for about a year.

After one of the boy’s mothers said her son was saying weird things, she confronted Williamson. He denied the allegations and asked her not to call the Department of Child Services.

Police interviewed him in Oct. 2014 and read him the allegations. He denied them. Then on May 16, 2016, three boys told officers they had been molested by Williamson. They also told officers they were forced into performing sex acts.
