National Republican Leader in Cleveland

A national Republican Party leader is meeting with black community leaders in Cleveland to try to expand the party with groups that have been voting Democrat. GOP National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus said he would have a “listening session” with community leaders today at St. John AME Church. Priebus is planning sessions around the country to talk about ideas that the party is not inclusive enough. Former state school board member and Ohio State University quarterback Stanley Jackson is said to be among black leaders taking part today.
