National Organization of Women Blasting the FWSB Catholic Diocese

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The National Organization of Women (NOW) is blasting the Fort Wayne-South Bend Catholic Diocese and The University of Notre Dame regarding their lawsuits against the Obamacare birth control mandate.

 

The Diocese and University are on what the group calls their list of the “Dirty 100.” It's a compilation of 100 companies or organizations challenging the mandate. The list also includes retail chain Hobby Lobby and Grace College and Seminary. NOW President Terry O'Neill says the lawsuits amount to legalized discrimination under the guise of “religious freedom.”

 

The Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in the Hobby Lobby case next week.
