Narcotics Raid Nets 105 Marijuana Plants

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A Fort Wayne man is facing several drug related charges after a narcotics raid Tuesday afternoon.


According to officials with the Fort Wayne Police Department, several law enforcement agencies served a search warrant on a suspected marijuana grow operation at a home on Arizona Avenue.


Once inside the home, investigators found 22-year-old Adam Uebelhoer along with evidence of a marijuana grow operation. They seized 105 marijuana plants with an estimated street value of $126,000. Detectives also seized two guns, cash, drug paraphernalia, multiple grow lights and other grow equipment.


Uebelhoer is now facing the following charges:


Dealing (Manufacturing) Marijuana (Level 6)

Maintaining a Common Nuisance (Level 6)

Possession of Paraphernalia (Misdemeanor)


Meanwhile another man who resides at the home, 23-year-old Daniel Demerly,

was incarcerated in the Allen County Jail on an unrelated matter at the time of the raid., but he is also facing the flowing charges in relation to the marijuana grow investigation:


Dealing (Manufacturing) Marijuana (Level 6)

Possession of Paraphernalia (Level 6)

Maintaining a Common Nuisance (Level 6)
