More Cold, New Snow in Forecast

NORTH WEBSTER, Ind. (WOWO): More cold weather ahead and with a chance of snow.

National Weather Service forecasters say there's at least the possibility of 1 to 4 inches of snow beginning Saturday. That snow could shift away from northeast Indiana, and hit counties south of Fort Wayne harder.

Michael Skipper with the National Weather Service says once the snow is gone, the cold will remain through Thursday of next week.

With the lingering cold that means the dangerous combination of frigid temperatures and below-zero wind chills will keep snow and ice in place. That will make roads and roads highways challenging.
