Once officers arrived on the scene, two people inside the apartment took off running. Officers then established surveillance on a possible suspect vehicle. A few hours later, officers took 20-year-old Kyle Knight of Leesburg, and 26-year-old Tiffany Moses of Fort Wayne, into custody at the suspect vehicle.

During the investigation, officers were able to establish probable cause that both subjects were involved in a burglary incident.
