Man Receives 15 Years for a Series of Fort Wayne Robberies

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A man has been sentenced to prison after robbing several Fort Wayne businesses last November.

Monday morning, 21-year-old Magellan Steward was sentenced to 15 years in prison with an additional 2 years of probation.

According to our Partners in News at 21Alive, Steward plead guilty to 5 counts of robbery last month after he was arrested in November for robbing Cap-N-Cork on North Coliseum. Steward was caught on security footage and investigators were able to connect him to the robberies of two other liquor stores and restaurants.
