FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Officers with the Fort Wayne Police Department are investigating a battery incident that has left a man in critical condition.
Officers were called to a parking lot located at 1356 Green Street around 4:45 a.m., Wednesday. Once there they found the man down on the ground suffering from injuries.
He was taken to a nearby hospital where he was determined to be in critical condition.
Investigators have learned that a party was taking place at this location when for an unknown reason up to three individuals attacked the victim, beating him to unconsciousness.
Investigators are asking those that were in attendance to contact them at 427-1201 or at Crime Stoppers 436-7867 to provide details as to what occurred and who was involved.
