BLOOMINGTON, Ind. (WOWO): A Bloomington man is in jail after allegedly having sex with a 15-year-old girl he met on Facebook.

Indiana State Police investigators were called Monday night to a home in Bloomington where the homeowners said they found an unknown man in bed with their 15-year-old daughter when checked on her in her bedroom.

Both the man and the girl were not fully clothed. Investigators say the man, later identified as Joshua Wright, 28, entered the home through the girl‘s bedroom after the two had met on Facebook the night before. Wright allegedly had sex with the girl before her parents came into the bedroom.

The parents kept Joshua Wright from leaving the home until State Troopers arrived. Wright was arrested and faces two felony counts of sexual misconduct with a minor.

Each count carries a sentence of two to 12 years in prison and a fine of up to ten thousand dollars, if convicted. Wright is being held in the Monroe County Jail.
