NORTH WEBSTER, Ind. (WOWO): Police have a man in custody after he left his cell phone behind at a crime scene. 51-year-old William Keene was arrested in connection with a burglary in North Webster Saturday night. In addition to burglary, theft and criminal mischief, he also faces a number of drug charges after a search of his home found drug paraphernalia and with prescription medication bottles.
