FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The Fort Wayne Mad Ant mascot is getting national attention…

And its not in a necessarily in a good way. Bleacher Report.com poked fun at the character in a feature titled “The Creepiest Mascots in Sports.” In that article, the Mad Ant was ranked No.1 

The website said the it wasn't so much a mascot and but “more a grinning menace.” The Mad Ants open the NBDL season November 22 in suburban Dallas to face the Texas Legends.

You can see The Mad Ant Saturday in an press season game with Canton at the University of St. Francis' Hutzell Center. The game starts at 7 p.m.
