Lt. Governor Sue Ellspermann Releases Statement as Purdue Student is Laid to Rest

INDIANAPOLIS (WOWO): Lt. Governor Sue Ellspermann (Purdue University, College of Engineering, Class of 1982) released the following statement Tuesday as a Purdue student killed in a shooting last week is laid to rest.

“As the family of Purdue student Andrew Boldt lays their son to rest today, I join my Boilermaker family in extending my deepest sympathy to each of them. As a mother, I cannot imagine the depth of your loss. By all reports, Andrew was a remarkable young man with a bright future. Although you struggle to understand what has happened, you can rely on the comfort from God, your family and friends. Know that all of Indiana is grieving with you.”
