FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Director of Neighborhood Code Enforcement Cindy Joyner tells WOWO News that the Hallmark Inn on Washington Boulevard is being condemned today due to structural issues. During an inspection, officials found that repairs done to the building were substandard. Occupants and the owner of the Inn were given 24 hours to evacuate. Joyner says Neighborhood Code Enforcement officials hope to work with owners to bring the building back up to code.
