Local Commission to Hold Info Sessions About House Bill 1482

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The Fort Wayne Commission on African American Males will host informational meetings Thursday about House Bill 1482. The purpose is to inform the public about information on guidelines, process, and various legal aspects about the new bill, which lets individuals who qualify petition the court to have their criminal records expunged. The bill is more commonly known as Indiana's “Second Chance Law.”
