NEW HAVEN, Ind (WOWO): Justin Stuckey, a senior at Leo Jr. Sr. High School, has earned the highest possible composite score of 36 on the ACT college admission and placement exam.
“Justin’s achievement is significant and rare,” said Jon Whitmore, ACT CEO. Mr. Whitmore further stated that “while test scores are just one of the many criteria that most colleges consider when making admission decisions, an exceptional ACT composite score should prove helpful for education and career goals.”
On average, less than one-tenth of one percent of all test takers earn the top score.
