LaPorte Teen Could Face Charges for Huffing at Walmart

LAPORTE COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): A LaPorte teen could soon be facing charges for huffing paint and passing out in a Walmart, twice.

18-year-old Tyler Weber was identified on Walmart Surveillance tapes by employees that had witnessed the odd behavior. It first happened on October 15th. That’s when Weber was seen in the video passing out in the middle of a shopping aisle, regaining consciousness, and then leaving the store.

Almost the exact same thing happened again on the 26th. Tape showed him pushing a cart, passing out, pulling it down on top of him, waking up, and then leaving the store. The South Bend Tribune Reports Both incidents happened as he was huffing a can of Ultra Duster. He was found at the store on Sunday and asked to leave before police found the Ultra Duster.

The prosecutor is reviewing the case for charges.
