Kewanna Man Arrested for 2012 Shooting Death

FULTON COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): Fulton County Sheriff's Deputies and Indiana Conservation officers have arrested a Kewanna man stemming from the shooting death of a man last year. 25-year-old Matthew Carlson was arrested at his home last night on a warrant that includes a D-felony count of Criminal Recklessness, among others. The charges are connected to the fatal shooting of 28-year-old Kenneth Moore, of Rochester. Conservation Officers say the incident happened on September 30, 2012, while the men were hunting on private property near Rochester.
