Kendallville Man Arrested for Armed Robberies

HAZARD, Ky. (WOWO): A Kendallville man has been arrested for several armed robberies. 

The Kendallville Police Department says 20-year-old Derek Moore was taken into custody in Hazard, Kentucky after allegedly robbing two gas stations in Hazard early Saturday and then leading police on a chase. He's also suspected in an armed robbery at a gas station in Kendallville on September 11th and at least one other robbery in Stroh, Indiana. 

He's being held on armed robbery, motor vehicle theft, fleeing from police and wanton endangerment charges.
