INDIANAPOLIS (AP): If you think it's been cooler than normal this month in Indiana, you're not imagining things.
 
       The National Weather Service says July 2014 will likely become the coolest July on record at Indianapolis as a result of a cool spell this week. It says the average temperature for this month is forecast to be nearly 70 degrees, or more than 5 degrees below the July norm of 75.4 degrees. It would be about half of a degree cooler than July 1947, currently the coolest July on record in Indianapolis.
 
       Only two years ago, the Indianapolis area experienced the hottest month on record. The weather service says the average temperature for July 2012 was 84 degrees, or nearly 14 degrees warmer than this month.
