While some university’s are seeing record numbers when it comes to the number of students, that’s not the case at IPFW. The university says they have seen a 3.9% decrease in the number of people taking classes. Their Vice Chancellor in charge of enrollment, Mark Franke, says there are three things that have caused the drop; the job market is improving, it’s tougher to get into the university, and changes to financial aid. He says they’ve all contributed to their numbers taking a bit of a dip.
