International Fugitive Wants Trial Moved

STEUBEN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): An international fugitive returned to Steuben County wants his trial moved.

Attorneys for Mahfuz Huq say he can't get a fair trial in Angola. According to court documents, the court will consider the request on September 23rd.

Huq is charged with stabbing and killing Todd Kelley in 1989 in Hamilton. He was captured by agents in India in 2011 and returned in July to the United States. The trial is scheduled for December 9th
