Indy Mini-Marathon Puts Extra Security in Place

INDIANAPOLIS (AP): Extra security measures will be in place Saturday for the 500 Festival Mini-Marathon. The festival says the 35,000 participants are being asked not to bring or wear backpacks or duffel bags. Authorities reviewed security at the race following the Boston Marathon bombing.
