Indy Man Surrenders After Deadly Crash

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) _ An Indianapolis man wanted for questioning after a deadly crash has surrendered to police. Authorities say 31-year-old Seantel Marsden turned himself in yesterday and was interviewed by detectives. Police say the crash Sunday morning near the Castleton Square shopping mall killed 29-year-old Rashshaad Artis.
