Indiana Man gets More than 29 years for Pharmacy Robbery

MUNCIE, Ind. (AP) -A 29-year-old Indiana man has been sentenced to more than 29 years in prison for robbing a Muncie pharmacy of $10,000 and prescription medication.

Seth T. Curtis was found guilty in November of two counts of armed robbery, intimidation and auto theft for a robbery at a CVS in July 2011. Witnesses said he also held a gun to a customer's head and stole a clerk's keys before fleeing in her vehicle.

The former Muncie resident was sentenced Thursday to 29 years and six months in prison.

The Star Press reports Curtis won't begin serving his sentence for more than two decades. He must first serve six years for a 2002 Jay County robbery conviction and 15 years for a 2012 Adams County robbery conviction.
