Indiana Digs Out After Year’s First Big Snow Storm

Indiana and states throughout the midwest got their first big dose of winter weather yesterday. A system that brought tornadoes to the south, dumped several inches of snow throughout the state. Just how much snow you got depends largely upon where you are. Gusting winds only made matters worse, causing whiteout conditions for drivers. Poilce worked all day to clear one accident after another. Many businesses closed early to give workers a chance to get home before conditions worsened.
