County council members and the county's commissioners have prepared a short list of land and buildings that could be sold, including Floyd Memorial Hospital in New Albany.

Councilman John Schellenberger says he's receptive to also boosting the county's two income taxes.

Fellow council member Brad Striegel tells The Louisville Courier-Journal of Louisville, Ky.
