Indiana Bicentennial Commission Preparing Collector’s Book

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) – The Indiana Bicentennial Commission is planning a collector's book marking next year's 200th anniversary of statehood and is asking the public to share photographs for it.

The commission says the book titled “Indiana at 200: A Celebration of the Hoosier State'' is to cover numerous topics including the state's communities, businesses, agriculture, schools, sports and entertainment. 

Photographs can be submitted through the commission's website at www.indiana2016.org .

Pre-orders are also being accepted for the 240-page coffee table book, with three versions ranging in cost from $37.50 to $84.95.
