Ind. Supreme Court Suspends Embattled Indy Judge

INDIANAPOLIS (AP): The Indiana Supreme Court has suspended a central Indiana judge while it considers misconduct allegations against her. The Indianapolis Star reports an order signed yesterday by Chief Justice Brent Dickson says Marion Superior Judge Kimberly Brown will be suspended with pay until the court decides on final disciplinary action against her.
