IMPD Officer Arrested on DUI Charge for Second Time

INDIANAPOLIS (WOWO): An Indianapolis Police Officer has been arrested on drunken driving charges for the second time within a year. According FOX59 in Indianapolis, Officer Kevin Brown was taken into custody in Morgan County around 3:00 a.m., Monday morning.


At the time of his arrest, he was in his patrol car near his home in Monrovia. He was booked into the Morgan County Jail on charges of driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated with a prior conviction.


Brown was also arrested last August on similar charges.
