FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Earlier today, major intersections were experiencing slowdowns due to stoplights being out and downed power lines because of yesterday's storm. I&M says as of this morning, only a minimal amount of people were experiencing outages, but yesterday several residents in Fort Wayne and the surrounding area were without power. Officials say as of 3 this afternoon, all customers should have their power restored.
