Illinois State Police Request Help from the Hoosier State…

Illinois State Police are asking for assistance from the Indiana State Police department, to help identify a deceased man.

On March 10, 2012, the remains of an unidentified adult male were located in rural Newton, Illinois (Jasper County).

It is believed the individual could be Caucasian, Asian, Native American or Hispanic/Latino. The individual is estimated to be 35 to 50 years of age, and approximately 5’3” to 5’8” tall.

The Federal Bureau of Identification (FBI) completed a Facial Approximation of how the individual may have looked.
