INDIANAPOLIS (AP) _ Indiana’s House Republicans are advancing a budget that includes more money for education and roads than what Gov. Mike Pence sought for the next two years.
 
  The House Ways and Means Committee posted the budget proposal online Thursday evening. Republican Committee Chairman Tim Brown is scheduled to brief reporters on it Friday.
 
  Republican House Speaker Brian Bosma says the plan restores large cuts made to education during the recession and pays more for road construction and repairs.
 
  Pence delivered a sparse 2-year plan to lawmakers last month with much of the state’s cash reserves marked off for a roughly $500 million cut in the personal income tax. Bosma has cast doubt on the tax cut but refuses to rule it out.
