Hoosier State Good Place for New Development

HAMMOND, Ind. (AP): A water expert says Indiana is well-positioned to attract development because of the state’s abundant water supplies. Layne Hydro general manager Jack Wittman spoke at the World Water Day summit Friday at Purdue University-Calumet. Wittman says the region has an abundance of groundwater and surface water.
