Hoosier Lottery Operator Just Misses Profit Goal

INDIANAPOLIS (AP): The Hoosier Lottery director says she's “pleased'' with the performance of the lottery's private management company during its first year. The Rhode Island-based company missed its net income goal but raised a record amount of just over $1 billion for the state.
