Home Suffers Moderate Damage after Friday Morning Fire

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A home on Pittsburgh Street suffered moderate damage after a morning fire.


Fort Wayne fire crews were called to the blaze at 8:05 a.m., Friday. Crews arrived within two minutes to find flames in the front of the living room and bedroom. The only person who was home at the time, managed to get out of the home and required no medical treatment.


Fire crews brought the fire under control within seven minutes with no injuries reported. Investigators have ruled the fire accidental.
