It looks to be a windy Sunday here in Northeast Indiana. The National Weather Service is warning residents and travelers alike to be prepared for a blustery day.  The exact text of the NWS advisory follows.

...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM EDT /10 AM CDT/ THIS MORNING TO 8 PM EDT /7 PM CDT/ THIS EVENING…

* WINDS…FREQUENT GUSTS TO 45 MPH THIS AFTERNOON INTO EARLY THIS EVENING ARE EXPECTED.

* IMPACTS…UNSECURED OBJECTS MAY BE EASILY PICKED UP. SMALL BRANCHES MAY BE BROKEN OFF TREES.

* TRAVEL CONCERNS…DRIVERS OF HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES SHOULD EXERCISE CAUTION…ESPECIALLY ON WEST TO EAST ROADWAYS SUCH AS THE INDIANA AND OHIO TOLL ROAD.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS…

A WIND ADVISORY MEANS THAT SUSTAINED WINDS OF 30 MPH…OR GUSTS OVER 45 MPH ARE EXPECTED. WINDS THIS STRONG CAN MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT…ESPECIALLY FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES. USE EXTRA CAUTION.
