Grant County police searching for people who trashed house

GRANT COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): Crime Stoppers is offering $1,000 for information about suspects who trashed an Indiana home.

The Grant County Sheriff’s Department is investigating criminal mischief to a residence in the 6000 block of County Road 1050 East. The suspect(s) caused extensive damage to the house sometime between Sept. 16 and Sept. 19, according to police.

Several holes were knocked in the drywall, toilets were smashed, cabinets were pulled off the walls and walls were spray painted. You can see photos of the damage below.

Crime Stoppers is offering $1,000 for information that results in the arrest of persons who committed the crime. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 765-662-8477.
