FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): First it was German food, then it was ribs. Now Greek food is taking over Headwaters Park.
The 36th annual Greek Festival started Thursday and runs through Sunday.
Festival goers can expect a wide variety of Greek food and pastries including lamb and spankopita.
A Greek Marketplace, rides, bounce house, inflatable slides, jousting, obstacle courses and human hamster are available every day of the four day festival.
The annual 5K run or walk begins at 10 a.m. Saturday in Headwaters Park
Greek Festival is open from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday and from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.
Entry tickets are free all day Sunday and from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Tickets are $4 for adults and $3 for people older than 65 and younger than 16 from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
