INDIANAPOLIS (WOWO): Company executives joined Governor Mike Pence this afternoon in announcing thousands of new jobs for the state. Two of those companies are in northern Indiana.
Bluffton Motor Works is expanding their plant and adding as many as 70 new jobs by 2017. In Fort Wayne, Diester Machine expects to create as many as 110 new jobs.
According to Pence, for the entire year in 2014, a total of 285 companies committed to increasing jobs in Indiana. The Governor says that amounts to an investment of more than $4.3 billion and 25 thousand high paying jobs in five years.
